Panic Attack

Estoy tan deprimida que ni siquiera se como empezar a decir cómo me siento.
A veces me gustaría que a la gente le importase más la manera en la que los demás se van a sentir que la aprobación por lo que hacen. En mi mente tiene sentido, y esta vez lo desapruebo porque me hizo sentir MUY mal. Era obvio, me conocen.
Ni siquiera es que puedo hacer algo, que intentandolo o pensandolo de otra manera se soluciona, porque mi propio cuerpo responde y no puedo respirar, y tengo que recurrir a lo mismo una y otra, y otra, y otra vez.

Eso es lo que más me molesta: siempre llegar a lo mismo, pase lo que pase.
Me da miedo dejar las tijeras.
Ya a esta altura no se si lo hago para que me duela algo más fuerte de lo que me pueda estar preocupando y sacar mi atención de lo que me hacía mal, o simplemente porque me odio demasiado. Creo que ambas.
